**Objective**:
The main responsibility of the Brand Specialist t is to support the Brand Manager in the value creation for the brands.
Always following compliance and Reckitt's core values.
This includes:
A) The coordination of all of marketing activities, including ATL and BTL.
B) Making sure that all the activities are accomplished in time according to the Marketing Plans or the time tables developed for each project.
C) Participate in the process to roll out the innovation pipeline
**Long Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the execution of the strategies with advertising and promotional activities with the rest of the functional areas.
- Full understanding and knowledge of the Brands: Brand equity, Financials, Sales, Channels, Go to market, Key Competitors, POS dynamics, Market trends, SOV with Consumer/Customer focus.
- Participate in the development of the Brand´s communications effort building on brand equity, including ATL, BTL, Digital, HCP material or POS campaigns.
- Development of promotional materials and promotional activities, framed according to strategy, under regional parameters, regulatory affairs and medical support areas.
- Marketing spend administration - coordinate monthly closings and projections, and give weekly follow up to ensure spending as planned.
- Monitor competitors activities and consumer/market trends, to identify potential threats or opportunities for the company.
- Field work to assess opportunities and evaluate/develop materials and strategies.
- Key contributor in the building of seasonal presentations such as Marketing Plan, Monthly OPCOM & Business Reviews.

- Bachelor Degree: Administrative Careers or similar & publicity.
- In development: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Executional Excellence, Budget administration, Financials & demand drivers, ROI analysis
- Basic: Branding, General innovation process, Basic research methodologies & Relationship with agencies.
- Fluent in English.
- Consolidated brand assistant: Technical (Branding, Advertising, Media and Promotion ) and Management skills (organization).
