Job Description Summary Experian Global Financial Services is looking for a Billing Supervisor to oversee the billing team's daily operations.
You will have strong leadership skills and an understanding of billing processes.
You will manage team performance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and encouraging a positive and productive work environment.
You will report to the North America Billing Manager.
Main Responsibilities Team Management and Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the billing team, ensuring and accurate billing services and responses to queries.
Process Management: Maintain billing systems and invoice logs with status updates, follow-up details, and other relevant information.
Performance Management: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to review individual performance, provide developmental coaching, and promptly address employee relation issues.
Reporting and Metrics: Create and analyze reports and metrics to support management decisions and improve process control.
Knowledge Transfer and Training: Ensure the proper flow of knowledge within the team by maintaining a comprehensive SOP structure and implementing training plans.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements opportunities to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of related billing experience, with at least 2-3 years in leadership roles.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced English level.
Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas), experience with billing and invoicing software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), financial reporting tools (Hyperion, SmartView, Tableau), CRM software (Salesforce), accounts receivable systems, data analysis & SQL for querying and reporting, familiarity with RPA tools, understanding of compliance and taxation for billing.
