**Sales Representative (1099 Independent Contractor)**

- Handle incoming calls from potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our products/services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively close sales.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Native Speaker
- Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline to work effectively from home.
- Access to a quiet work environment, a reliable internet connection, and a personal computer.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

**Compensation**:

- This is a commission-only position, offering a competitive commission structure designed to reward high performers.
- As a 1099 independent contractor, you will not be eligible for company benefits.
