Job Title: Azure AD Access Management Specialist
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Configure and manage Azure AD access management components, including SAML, OAuth, and other authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access management issues, such as authentication failures, authorization errors, and user provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, assess risks, and implement appropriate access controls and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Azure AD and access management technologies, and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience working with Azure AD, including configuring SAML, OAuth, and other access management components.
- In-depth understanding of authentication and authorization concepts, including SSO, multi-factor authentication, conditional access, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting access management issues in Azure AD, including analyzing logs, monitoring tools, and other diagnostic methods.
- Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell or other relevant scripting languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex access management issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, are a plus.
