What You Will Achieve

Core HR Services (CHRS), Global Process & Operations Associate, supports the Core HR Services FUSE team to implement the changes to the processes in the different FUSE products to ensure the best Colleague experience.
How You Will Achieve It
- Back-up CHRS on Fuse Agile Squads
- Support the gathering requirements and submitting requests via Squad/PMO
- Support the testing of requirements submitted
- Back-up CHRS for Fuse release governance PMOs
- Complete CHRS impact assessments for Fuse releases, assist with activities required for implementation of releases
- Partnering with necessary collaborators for communications and training requirements related to Fuse
- Complete BAU processes for the Core Services team to use Fuse (i.e.
Admin activities for skills)
- Partner with CHRS peers on reporting needs required from Fuse
- Partner with CHRS peers on optimization efforts which can be solutioned using Fuse

**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a HR shared service center/HR Operations environment
- Experience supporting continuous improvement activities initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a Related field
- Proficient in English spoken and written

Nice-to-Have- Experience with case management tools
