We are looking for someone who would be part of KYC (Know your customer) Team as Associate,
Anti Money Laundering Compliance responsible for providing support on Anti Money Laundering
(AML) compliance programs for Customers, Agents and/or Services Associates in Western Union
**Role Responsibilities**
- For this position you will have to take 90% of your duties receiving calls from customers.
- Perform outbound calls.
- In this role, you will analyze how customers use our money transfer Services.
- Will assist in interpreting how money transfer services can be improved to enhance our customer experiences.
- Will assess the AML knowledge when managing transactions and make accurate decisions,communicating to consumers, Agents and/or Service Associates.
- Hybrid model 3 days at the office and 2 days WFH (Depending on companies needs it may
- Availability to work on any schedule from 6am to 10pm. (Between those hours)
- Ability to commit to 6 weeks of training required.
**Role Requirements**
- Anti money laundering compliance background or customer service experience in a related banking field, **must have.**:
- Proficiency in English language (B2+).
- High School degree required.
- No gambling or gaming background.
- **French is a plus (B2+)**
