Role Responsibilities:Develop and implement customer CRM strategies and initiatives across the Americas to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth for active, passive and churned customersWork with the leaders in the Americas to identify and analyze customer behavior and preferences to tailor and personalize communication and offerings choosing the right channel, together manage already existing messages (copy, visuals, and target audiences)Drive an omnichannel approach via email, in-app, push, web, social and other channelsStrategize global performance marketing initiatives to drive lower cost per transaction and increased revenueDevelop and execute testing and optimization plansAnalyze and report on campaign performanceRole Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Administration, Advertising, or a related field,3+ years of progressive experience in CRM marketing, in a company or agency setting, ideally working with multiple countriesCreative, analytical, numerical, and communicative profile with strong autonomy and leadership.Advanced English level.Advanced Microsoft (Excel), Intermediated Power BI.
