**Role**:
Splunk is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of global paid media marketing programs across our organization.
You will represent content syndication programs that drive growth targets for our regional field teams. Working closely with our agencies and partners across marketing, you will continuously optimize and enhance our lead generation and pipeline metrics using Splunk's robust content inventory. For this role, you have a demonstrated track record of working with paid media vendors and possess outstanding data-wrangling skills across multiple marketing platforms. Additionally, you can expect to gain sophisticated experience managing global paid media agencies and budgets at scale.
This is a great opportunity for a data-driven, upbeat marketer interested in being a part of one of the fastest growing companies in the Big Data space!
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with field marketing teams to understand their campaign objectives and targeting priorities.
- Gather all campaign materials from regional stakeholders to share agency partners for quarterly executions of our always-on content syndication programs.
- Work day-to-day with our agency partners to negotiate the best cost-per-lead, program optimizations, and provide campaign build instructions.
- Manage our global media budget and work closely with finance and procurement teams to issue purchase orders.
- Interact with our marketing operations teams to fix potential lead issues, scoring enhancements, and data visualization improvements.
- Review and approve paid media campaign builds and test leads within our CRM.
- Report weekly results on vendor pacing and lead volumes, monthly read-out reports for regional teams, and quarterly business reviews for internal and external teams.
- Daily checks on campaign performance using our data visualization tools to help optimize our paid media results.
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of proven experience in marketing enterprise software; IT-specific software a plus; BI or SaaS experience a plus!
- Deep experience with a variety of marketing automation tools and CRMs such as Salesforce and Marketo.
- Familiar with analytics tools such as Tableau, for extracting and sharing program results.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience working with global teams.
- Data-driven approach to planning and execution.
- Well versed within the different paid media tactics used in the industry to reach and attract our target audience.
- Experience with content syndication best practices and optimization tactics.
**Nice-to-have Qualifications**:
We've taken special care to separate the must-have qualifications from the nice-to-haves. "Nice-to-have" means just that: Nice. To. Have. So, don't worry if you can't check off every box. We're not hiring a list of bullet points-we're interested in the whole you.
- B2B marketing experience is strongly preferred.
- Budget management experience using sourcing tools.
- Experience working within the Integrate Demand Cloud is a huge plus.
- Experience in managing paid media partners and agencies
