Edwards is looking for an IT Business System Architect to support the Enterprise PPM Technology, Planview Adaptivework, by owning administration and configuration of the tool and related integrations. In this role, you will have accountability implementing and optimizing solutions that improve business process efficiencies and effectiveness.
You will also support business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI. This position will report into the IT Solutions Delivery team. You may serve as a mentor to junior employees.

Ensuring proper test strategies are in place and executed and configure test systems
Working with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to provide comprehensive training, documentation, and support
Enabling super-users (by training and performing knowledge transfer) to leverage IT systems for business process automation and optimization
Working with cross functionally teams within Global IT and within the Enterprise Project Management Offices
Developing standard enterprise-level PPM reports and dashboards for the organization; either native reports or leveraging BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI
**What you'll need (required)**:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Previous Adaptivework (Clarizen) experience
8+ years of work experience as a business systems analyst or related IT experience (6 years required with a Master's degree)
Great English skills
Experience managing enterprise SaaS solutions and external vendors

Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Critical Chain methodologies and Software Development Lifecycles
Experience supporting platform integrations such as with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online, Jira, and Data Warehouses
