Application Support Engineer

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS**
- Act as bridge between business developers to collect requirement build solutions for the business problems.
- Liaise with onsite/offshore teams to remove impediments and diagnose/prevent incidents.
- keen desire to learn & continuously develop your technical skills.
- Be part of the global company (UK, US etc.).

**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in Application support role or similar technical role.
- Experience working with Java.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and common services like EC2, S3, databases.
- Experience with MongoDB.
- Experience with Kubernetes, for container orchestration.
- Good understand of APIs and microservices is desirable.
