*Job Objective* Ene the accuracy and efficiency offinancial operations. *Responsibilities:*- Assist in the processing of invoices, ensuring their timely and accurate entry into the system.- Review invoice details to verify accuracy and completeness, following established guidelines and procedures.- Collaborate with internal teams to promptly resolve discrepancies and inquiries related to invoices.- Maintain organized records of invoices and supporting documentation for audit purposes.- Use basic Excel knowledge to perform data entry and analysis tasks as needed.- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in invoice processing and accounting principles.- Support the implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department.- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. *Requirements:*- At least a technical degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.- At least 1 year of experience in AP.- Excel skills.- Availability to work in a hybrid environment.
