**Job Description**:
The Analytics Analyst will work as part of a team that delivers high quality reporting and analytical solutions for Experian Health Clients.
Their core responsibilities will include setting up new implementations, monitoring systems, and making changes to existing solutions.
They will have an opportunity to work with many products' data vital to the US health care industry
Specific job duties include:
- Use admin tools to publish existing and new client reports
- Setup and support of client user implementations
- Monitor alerts and escalate high priority issues
- High attention to detail required to ensure client and user setups are done correctly
- Handling customer support cases working alongside Support and Relationship Managers
- Ability to communicate ideas and analyze results effectively, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work remotely and independently with colleagues across the world
- Analytical skills to evaluate, understand and interpret data both from an internal and client perspective
- Understanding of relational database structure and business objectives to extract and organize relevant data for reporting analysis through SQL
- Ability to produce BI reports and dashboards
- Ability to assess trends and insight using multiple data sets and large amounts of data
- Perform data analysis to deliver analytics that will help make better business decisions
**Qualifications**:
Education and Experience Guidelines:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline required and 1+ years of experience
- This position requires a highly motivated, energetic, and positive person
- English proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas and analysis results effectively both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Experience developing transact SQL (MSSQL, Oracle, Impala, Hive, Postgres)
- Knowledge of BI reporting systems such as Tableau
Technical requirements:
- Analytical Skills: Statistics, Logic, Data Analysis
- Computer Applications: Microsoft Office Suite, SQL tools, Tableau
