**Role Responsibilities**
- Develops, execute and continuously enhance the appropriate processes, procedures, metrics/SLAs to deliver expected quality, customer experience and effectiveness of Dispute Management and related Digital Banking activities in scope.
- Build the necessary relationships with process owners, including vendor sites, ROC leadership, training, quality assurance and metrics teams.
- Demonstrating partnership with other digital departments such as payment exceptions, Compliance, and any others to support customer enquiries or issues.
- Supports Manager building the strategy and improving internal processes.
**Role Requirements**
- At least 2 year working experience within financial industry, preferably digital payments and/or cards related areas.
- Understanding of operations and dispute management & collections processes within financial services industry.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to details and the ability to effectively communicate between business and information technology teams.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Experience in writing database queries is a plus.
Ability to produce datasets and reports for analysis and MS Office proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or equivalent skills would be advantage.
- Experience with process enhancements, automations.
- Fluency in English with outstanding verbal, writing, and listening skills (B2+).
