We support the development of our people and are committed to growing together, inclusively.SUMMARY: Supports the corporate growth strategy by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data in order to provide insights to make informed decisions, identify growth opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products/services align with market trends and customer demands. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:· Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor activities. Monitor market conditions, solutions and services mapping and emerging technologies.· Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, such as market reports, surveys, feedback, and internal data sets.· Competitor Analysis: Evaluate competitor strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and go to market positioning. Provide recommendations to stay competitive.· Market Segmentation: Identify and define target market segments. Develop insights to tailor our go to market product strategies accordingly.· Forecasting: Create and maintain market forecasts, demand projections, and sales trends to support business planning and resource allocation.· Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management and cross-functional teams, summarizing key findings and actionable insights. Reporting should go past simple data collection and highlight its strategic interpretation and application.· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment with market intelligence findings.· Tools and Technology: Utilize industry-standard market research tools, data analytics software, and databases to gather and interpret data effectively.QualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional designation preferred. EXPERIENCE: 2+ years demonstrated professional experience in market intelligence, market research, competitive analysis, or business intelligence. TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SPSS). COMPENTENCIES: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization to both technical and non-technical team members. Ability to present findings and actionable recommendations. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to make decisions and influence others. Ability to perform financial analysis. Ability to function effectively with, or as part of a team. Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines. Ability to develop, improve and streamline processes to meet established goals and objectives. Ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope. Proven leadership of business intelligence and analytic initiatives in fast paced, multiple project environment. Excellent strategy, planning and execution skills with proven ability to drive results. Ability to understand, analyze and assimilate complex issues, draw correct conclusions, and formulate clear strategy and policies. OTHER: Bilingual English/ Spanish. JOB SCOPE: Position impacts the entire organization. WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time. FLSA STATUS: The position is Exempt. May require the ability to work overtime to meet required deadlines. All work rules, including those that pertain to safety and health, are expected to be respected.
