Agile Software QA Engineer
This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.Aruba is redefining the "IT EDGE".
Creating new customer experiences by building intelligent spaces and digital workspaces.
We are focused on campus, branch, mobility and the IoT to transform business models with the combined power of compute, context, control and secure connectivity.
- Work with the network of QA Leads to come up with standard processes around Agile and QA.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members
- Create & manage test plans for the team deliverables
**Required**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.
- Typically 6 years or more of experience.
- Agile certification or similar experience like Scrum
- Software or Product Testing quality certifications or similar experience
- Have experience creating test plans and leading development teams in QA.
**Desired**:
- Advanced Scrum Master (either Scaled or SAFe)
- Advanced Agile technical tester (ISTQB) or equivalent
- Lean six sigma green belt
