We are looking for an AdTech Engineer.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- 5+ years in the technical Digital Marketing space- In depth knowledge of Digital platforms used for Adserving, inventory buying, analytics, targeting, attribution tracking an adtech solutions in market.- Deep understanding of core front end technologies: HTML, Javascript, CSS, server-side scripting, principals, system architecture, and data pipelines.- Hands on experience working with Google Ad Suite (GCM, DV360, SA360, GA360) and integrating third party vendors like LiveRamp, Eloqua, Marketo, Tableau, etc.- Expertise in conversion tracking models and floodlight tag implementation.- Experience in SQL, writing sophisticated queries and stored procedures (Oracle, Amazon RDS, MySQL, Snowflake, Hive, etc.)- Proficient in Python scripting and hands on experience using relevant Python libraries for retrieving and transforming data such as Pandas, Request, JSON, etc.- Experience influencing product decisions with data.- Excellent attention to detail and exceedingly organized.- Represent digital marketing perspectives in technical meetings with all stakeholders.- High capacity for problem solving and passion for learning new and rolling out new technologies.- Comfort with business analytics and producing data-driven insights and reporting.**Nice to Haves**:- Experience with automation and scheduling tools like Airflow is a huge plus.- Experience building/ maintaining data pipelines in a data mart preferably on a cloud platform such as Snowflake or AWS.- Marketo or MAP experience is a plus but not required.- MSFT Dynamics or CRM experience is a plus but not required.- Adobe Experience Platform experience is a plus but not required.- Experience building ETL pipelines (on cloud or on premise).Location: Heredia, Costa Rica**Salary**: $4000-$4100**Job Type**: Full Time, HybridAbility to commute/relocate:- Heredia, Provincia de Heredia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Digital Marketing: 5 years (preferred)- Digital Platforms: 3 years (preferred)- Google Ad Suite: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
