4+ years of finance experience
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Master's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent

Amazon Finance & Global Business Services (FGBS) plays a key role in the company's mission to be Earth's most customer centric company. FGBS includes finance functions like Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Tax, as well as other functions like Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF), Investor Relations, and Benchmark.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Reconcile, audit, and monitor vendor accounts with high complexity
- Invoice analysis and posting
- Metrics, KPI reporting
- Partnering with vendors to resolve account statement discrepancies.
- Work closely with finance operations teams in different locations for timely transaction processing.
- Deliver guide to vendors to clarify accounts payable processes.
- Engage with retail, inbound operations or accounting for vendor inquires resolution.
- Support organizational/operational projects
- Interaction with internal stakeholders, vendor managers, financial communication partners, business partners.
- Support with ad-hoc transactions (reports, queries, etc).
