**Accounting Assistant**
We are searching for a motivated Accounting Assistant who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. The Accounting Assistant can expect to assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits, and preparing budgets and reports. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good **bookkeeping** skills.
To be a successful Accounting Assistant with our team, you should have an understanding of basic Accounting principles and proficiency with computers and software, such as MS Excel and Quickbooks. You should be trustworthy, efficient, and organized.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Reconciling Bank accounts and credit card statements
- Identifying missing entries or miscoded entries into the general ledger
- Monthly accrual entries
- Fixed asset tracking and posting of depreciation
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
**Requirements**:
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance, highly preferred along with relevant work experience of a minimum 3 years.
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Experience with intercompany transactions
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- **Bilingual Level English speaking and writing required**
Pay range is $1,000 to $1,400 USD
Pay: ¢500,965.00 - ¢601,158.00 per month
