HR Generalists
In this role you will serve as the HR Generalist for the company. You will assist our employee with all aspects of employee lifecycle. You will be in charge of the payroll process. This role will also collaborate with the HR Manager to provide support on any global HR operational needs. You will work to build relationships with employees and managers and support employee-related issues within our Latinamerican offices. We're looking for someone who will be proactive in identifying opportunities to develop efficient and scalable processes as our business grows.
**Accountabilities**
- Maintains relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Promote and foster an environment of open communication and honest, candid feedback. Handle investigations when required.
- Performs payroll and compensation functions, including reporting, recording of payroll transactions, contributions, and other relevant information
- Support HR team projects and initiatives, including but not limited to annual performance reviews, compensation, employee relations, and training.
- Provide general guidance and consultation on a variety of HR operational matters. Interprets and educates employees on the Code of Conduct, HR policies, and provides counseling on such policies as necessary.
- Responsible for HR system data entry. This may include new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, reporting changes, salary changes, title changes, or other employee changes. Prepares communications, job descriptions, employee queries, etc.
- Support regional initiatives around Payroll and Benefits.
- Performs other related duties and HR projects as required or assigned.
- Participate in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits open enrollment, leaves of absence, and off-boarding
- Collaborate regularly with the Finance team on payroll-related tasks and benefit invoice payments and reconciliations
- Run HR reports as requested or required by the Leadership team or the Finance team
- Manage leave of absence requests and documentation following company policies and federal and local requirements
- Interpret and explain employee policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations to assist managers and employees
- Proactively identify the needs of the employees, managers, and the organization and provide suggestions and solutions
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform HR policies, practices, and decisions.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards that track key performance indicators such as employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and engagement.
- Become an ambassador of CRG's culture, values, and behaviors
**Essential Criteria**
- 2+ Years of Human Resource experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of Costa Rica HR practices, policies, and laws required, additional knowledge of Latin-American laws preferred.
- Strong business, analytics, and HR acumen including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and initiative.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Experience working with Employee databases or systems.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize workload, self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
