**What we're looking for**: Account Manager
As our Full-Time Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront in our client relationships. This role isn't just about managing communications; it's about owning them. You'll be the guiding force, ensuring our clients' journeys are seamless.
**Your Mission**:
- Lead and inspire a team, managing 5-7 high-value eCommerce clients.
- Collaborate with a talented team of Copywriters and Designers to create impactful campaigns.
- Ensure excellent client communication to drive satisfaction and ROI, while also generating ideas and creating brief overviews for client flows.
- Conduct quality checks for designs to ensure they meet standards, including reviewing product titles and ensuring consistency.

**Requirements**:
**We Need You to Have**:
- At least 1 year of experience in client-facing/customer service and project/team manager roles, demonstrating your marketing flair.
- Availability Mon-Fri between 7am to 3pm UK time. May require occasional calls with client until 7pm UK time once per week.
- Fluent English skills and previous remote work experience.
- Familiarity with Trello, Slack, and G-Suite. Experience using Klaviyo is a plus!
- A results-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Quick learning and adaptability skills.
- A laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and a professional workspace.
