Zscaler Cloud Security Engineer

Implement and configure the ZScaler security solution to protect the organization's networks and systems.Administer and maintain the ZScaler infrastructure, including ZIA and ZPA solutions, policy management, firewall rules, web traffic inspection, event logs and content filtering.Collaborate with the information security, network teams and external vendors to enforce consistent security policies across the organization and participate in security infrastructure implementation and improvement projects.Customer-Facing Support: Engage with customers, utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills to address technical issues and provide support.Network Security Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of networking concepts, SSL/TLS, VPNs, and other network security protocols.Cloud Technologies: Utilize expertise in Cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS, to ensure secure and efficient network operations.
