Overview:
We're seeking a driven Marketing Manager to influence the growth of the business and be responsible for developing the marketing strategy for Central America and building digital marketing campaigns for the business globally.
Working across our YNV Tech Talent brands including Tek Experts, elev8, and Talentwize, you'll partner with the Costa Rica and global business development and sales teams to develop marketing campaigns that create awareness and generate leads.

The role will operate within the Marketing Communications unit under Tek Experts' Global Head of Marketing and be based in the USA, Costa Rica, Spain, or remote.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Central America in alignment with sales team targets.
- Develop and execute web marketing plans to drive traffic to company websites and generate qualified leads through landing pages, live and virtual events, advertising, and other online assets.
- Research and analyze competitor website strategies and employ best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze web analytics data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving website performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all web-related content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with company objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives in Central America.
- Create and oversee the implementation of A/B testing plans to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related experience is required.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, including digital and content marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and ecosystem.
Experience in marketing automation and business analytics tools and metrics to measure ROI and drive success.
- Proven record of developing compelling, data-driven storytelling with a customer focus.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing geographically distributed stakeholders.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, and WordPress is preferred.
- Creative and passionate mindset with a drive to foster innovation in marketing and communications.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish is essential, both written and spoken.
