Workplace Experience Project And Budget Analyst

Be part of this revolutionary change!Main responsibilities:- Prepare and keep control of budget and actuals of WPE (Workplace Experience) expenses for all CARICAM cluster.- Keep control of WPE contracts (vendors, services, contractual dates, parties' rights and responsibilities).- Remote Infrastructure Management:- Managing the non-commercial aspects of the third party warehouses vendors relationship,- Verifying that local storage facilities are sufficiently secured and protected from fire and water risks,- Verifying that physical filing and retrieval activities are performed by competent and authorized staff, following the required procedures,- Train and assist departments in use the Global Retention Schedule to identify Company Records among paper files in the office,- Ensuring local service contracts meets the standard specifications as closely as possible so as to give maximum protection to PMI's information,- Ensuring the user authorization list (for box retrievals and disposals) is kept up-to-date with the vendor.- Executing periodically RIM review,- Identifying and update departmental RIM coordinators list.Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or any related field.- 2+ years of experience working in Logistics, Financial Analysis, Budget and/or Facilities Projects.- Previous work experience in CAPEX and OPEX Projects.- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel mainly).- Working experience with SAP.- Stakeholder management and analysis skills.- Willingness to travel within CARICAM countries.- Advanced English Level.Find a new pathOur company offers you a fresh perspective, where you will never stop exploring and discovering.
