**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Minimizing Bench and monitoring staff availability.
- Facilitating bench management calls with consultants and service area leaders.
- Validating assigned new hires are fully registered in a timely manner.
- Creating and maintaining demand data quality as demand moves thru fulfillment process.
- Working closely with consultants to understand their skill sets and career goals.
- Minimizing hours leakage, parked hours to billable and chargeable hours.
- Managing data quality including hours plan, available date, JR/S.
- Strictly ensuring timely and accurate available dates, roll-off and assignment data.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Strong attention to detail and follow through skills
- Advanced Excel functional knowledge.
Experience maintaining and organizing data, using Pivot Tables, V Look Ups and Macros.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal; ability to communicate at Executive level; ability to lead meetings with broad audience from of all levels)
- High level of negotiation skills and stakeholder management; strong relationship management skills.
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
- Ability to review and vet resumes for basic requirements; strong understanding of written English language
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Demonstrated ability to use critical and strategic thinking to resolve discrepancies, gaps and maintain high data quality standards.
- Generic understanding of technology and ability to learn new technology.
- Experience recruiting technical profiles.
- Project Management/Scrum Master background.
- Consulting experience on talent assessment and strategic workforce management.
