**Workforce Planning Analyst **should analyze, monitor, and evaluate the function of the workforce (call or service) center by monitoring activities on a real-time basis. Create schedules and provides regular reports to management on workload and workforce. Work with Finance to maintain budget accuracy and improve forecast capabilities. Define both long-term strategies and ever-changing, short-term, and immediate workforce needs. Handle shift change requests and monitors new-hire, holiday, and seasonal shift needs. Update and maintains scheduling database with current information; and research, recommend, and implement call center technology and process improvements to reduce overall costs. Furthermore, she/he will be a vital source of data for BI Developers to monitor, evaluate and secure data integrity on all solutions generated. This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. - Participate in the update of Workforce management records.
- Deliver regular vigilance of WFM folders.
- Provide analysis of upcoming seasonal periods as well as organizes skeleton projections during Holidays.
- Maintain historical information in WFM folders.

**Typically**:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Less than one year of directly related experience.
- To develop at this level for 2-3 years.
- Proficiency in English.
- Problem solving skills, thoroughness, attentive to detail and decision-making skills.
- To participate, develop, test, and implement projects with a medium-low level of complexity that require medium to low-supervision.
- Excel beginner / intermediate certification.
- Certification in Workforce Management.
- Statistical Business Analyst certification.
