Key Responsibilities:
Under the leadership of the Workday Operations Manager, the Workday Operations Analyst will provide support to P&C Workday Business Users for Regional, National and Support offices using the Workday System.
The Analyst will be a SME in the different functional areas of the system and able to provide advice or address the questions they receive thru the Support Model established.
This will include but not limited to answering questions from the P&C business users, troubleshooting issues, doing admin and maintenance work in the system.
Key Responsibilities:
System Expertise
- Continually strive to deepen your knowledge and understanding of the Workday system and environment
P&C Business User SME Support
- Responsible for P&C Business user support for all offices using Workday system coming thru Workday Operations Mailbox.
- Provide support to P&C Business Users to guide and direct learning and ownership of the system.
- Troubleshoot and offer solutions to issues offices face with the system.
Data Maintenance Admin & Data Reports
Creation and maintenance of the system data which covers but not limited to:
- Cost Center
- Work Location
- Role and User Based Assignment
- Job profiles
- Calendars
- Work schedules
- Global Transfer
- Big Supervisory Organization Changes
Responsible of fulfilling any adhoc data report need by populations not able to run reports in Workday such as Finance, Global Audit or other P&C Global Teams
Adhoc EIB Data Loads
Preparation of EIB Data template and launch of EIB which will cover but is not limited to:
- Salary changes
- Cost Centres
- One Time Payments
- Allowances
- Annual LDR
- LDR Frequency changes
- Bulk Absence booking
- Performance Ratings
- Contract renewals
Business Processes Admin & Audit Task
Responsible of executing and/or solving any BP admin task generated by Workday in the Inbox for HR Admin, which includes but not limited to:
- Unassigned Business Processes
- Reassignment approvals
- Sup Orgs in wrong locations
- Conflicts of BP flow sent to HR Admin
Data Audits Activities
- Connecting and supporting offices on data audit activities.
Specially working very close with Regional Workday SME.
- Provide guidance on Reports available to P&C Business Users
Admin activities for ROB processes
Responsible to trigger regular processes for the different functional areas when needed as well as support any basic configuration needed for those functional areas, which include but is not limited to:
- Talent & performance - Annual process triggering
- Recruitment - offer letters configuration
- Compensation / Adv comp - Annual process triggering
- Learning - new courses
- Helpdesk
- Knowledge management
- Security
- Core
- Time keeping
- Absence
- Release management - Support testing
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Minimum of 2 years or more in a similar role working with Workday in area of expertise or in World Vision P&C- Undergraduate or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or similar- English
Preferred Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to think independently, analytically, problem solve, deliver solutions and results.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High curiosity and desire to learn, highly motivated
- Proficient computer skills with current technology, i.e.
MS Office and other productivity tools, and can be a quick learner to larger enterprise systems
- Able to work in team, collaborate effectively and build relationships
- Proficient and demonstrated understanding of P&C (HR) and P&C business systems & processes and a solid understanding of the dynamics of how P&C functions within a global context
- Ability to prioritise workload and to manage multiple high-priority assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- French or Portuguese
Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement
- Possibility of international travel up to 10% of the time.
