The Workday Analyst will provide support with Workday System. The Analyst will be a SME in the different functional areas of the system and able to provide advice or address the questions, this will include but not limited to answering questions from the internal customers, troubleshooting issues, doing admin and maintenance work in the system.**Responsibilities**: Collaborates effectively with the agile team to configure package software when applicable Supports the team in executing highly technical tasks according to the specific needs of stories during each iteration Ensures design and development standards are being followed to minimize rework; promotes only quality-tested code and does it on a frequent basis Participates in the daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to update progress, highlight and resolve impediments Completes required documentation to communicate required information to deployment, maintenance, service and business teams Provides production support and helps drive down technical debt Responsible for support all Workday users and system coming thru Workday Operations Mailbox. Responsible to understand business, run reports, troubleshoot and offer solutions to issues user face with the system around the different talent areas. Provide support to Users, guide and direct learning and ownership of the system.**Requisitos**:**SKILLS**: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written advanced English.
