We're seeking a skilled HCM administrator to help us build a best-in-class HR technology stack.
To excel in this role, you'll be a Workday expert and strong technical problem solver.
You'll be a key part of the HR operations team and help us scale the business in size, complexity and for international growth.
You'll have to opportunity to make your mark from day one by helping us lead an implementation to the Workday HCM, as well as implementing supporting systems.
**The Job**
- Top level administrator for Workday HCM, including core, payroll, talent, learning and recruiting
- Key contributor in our implementation of Workday HCM including workbooks, setups, testing, data conversion and integrations
- System Admin and implementer of supporting HRIS systems such as leave management, office management, immigration, insights, and recognition platforms
- Partnering with process SME to build compliant, scalable process into systems
- Ensuring data integrity, security and confidentiality
- Solving business problems by mastery of systems and technology
- Promoting efficiency and accuracy through integrations and automation
- Researching, solving, and communicating system problems in a fast, flexible, and friendly way
- Staying abreast of new features or system updates, proactively updating systems and process, and educating downstream stakeholders
**You**
- **2+ years experience administering Workday HCM**:
- **2+ years experience with payroll, HR, or recruiting processes and practices**:
- Workday Pro certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources or Business administration preferred
- Experience implementing and administering multiple SaaS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skill
- A team player with an inclination towards collaboration and partnership
- Project Management and Change Management experience a plus
