**What This Job Involves**:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Work Order Coordinator, who will work with our customers, to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the coordination, communication and management of Work Orders.

**Detailed Responsibilities**:
**1. Work Order Management**: Handle and process work orders, from initiation to completion. This includes tracking the progress of each work order and ensuring timely completion.
**2. Coordination**: Coordinate with different departments, vendors, and contractors to facilitate the execution of work orders with the on-site Facilities Management Team.
**3. Communication**: Act as a point of contact for all work order-related queries. This involves communicating effectively with all stakeholders, like team members, vendors, and contractors.
**4. Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all work orders, including their status, expenses, and completion dates.
**5. Problem-solving**: Address issues and delays in work order completion and implement solutions to prevent similar challenges in the future.
**6. Reporting**: Monitor and report on the status of work orders, providing regular updates to the facilities management team.

Sounds like you?

**Qualifications**:
1+ years of experience with work orders, ticketing systems, or similar.
Advanced English level.
