- At least **3 years of experience with WordPress**
- Proficiency in **Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP (LAMP Pack)**
- Strong skills in **HTML, CSS, and Javascript**
- Adept at responsive web design techniques
- Excellent communication and capability to thrive in a dynamic environment

**Nice to have**
- Experience in deploying sites across various server setups, including VPS and shared hosting
- Knowledge in optimizing websites for high-traffic volumes
- Proficiency in developing custom WordPress plugins
- Familiarity with ECMAScript 2020 and Agile development methodologies
