**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and review input and output data
- Maintain lists, control records and coding schemes; assist in problem management databases
- Recognize problems, research issues and complete varied / relatively complex resolution under mínimal supervision
- Regularly exchange relatively complex information within the team and clients
- Identify ways to improve effectiveness of processes
- Ensure that all phases of assistance are coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked, and resolved appropriately

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of prior related technology experience
- Intermediate/advanced English communication
- Demonstrated technical knowledge within at least one area of Technology such as Infrastructure, Networking, Mainframe, Operations Support, Applications Support, Middleware
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team oriented environment
- High School diploma or higher degree
