**BlueForce, Inc. **is seeking for **Specialist Advisors **to provide services in support of upcoming task orders located in Central America and other Western Hemisphere countries such as **San Jose, Costa Rica.**

Some of the areas of expertise include: Acquisitions, Architecture, Construction Engineering, Data Analysis, Forensics, Law Enforcement, Mechanics, Telecommunications, and more.

**General Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical advice and prepare expert opinions and studies for the development of projects implemented in the program.
- Develops clear, accurate, and detailed requirements for the successful integration of training and logistics support systems as requested.
- Provide training as requested.
- Review project performance based on established milestones and terms of reference.
- Provide a weekly brief of the work being performed with the counterparts.
- Provide a monthly work report indicating not only duties performed but their relation to the advancement of project objectives and goals and also addressing suggestions to improve prosecutorial, administrative and judicial capabilities and/or areas for improvement within the justice system entities.
- Provide documents containing legal studies, opinions, plans, draft legislation and other reports prepared and presented as a result or product of the technical advice provided through this order.
- Local and international travel may be required.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
**Please note that depending on years of experience, there are 2 labor categories available.**

**Specialist Advisor IV**:

- MRPT certification or RSO clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in international relations, law enforcement, public policy, or related field; or (15) years or related professional experience.
- FSI level 3/3 Spanish, FSI level 3/3 English.
- Fifteen (15) years' experience in the field of the specialty, which must include:

- Three (3) years of experience working overseas in an Embassy environment, or
- Three (3) years of specialized supervisory experience depending on the position (e.g. intelligence, firearms, gangs, kidnapping, drugs, internal affairs).
- Experience briefing in Spanish and English.

**Specialist Advisor III**:

- MRPT certification or RSO clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in international relations, law enforcement, public policy, or related field; or ten (10) years of related professional experience.
- FSI level 3/3 Spanish, FSI level 3/3 English.
- Ten (10) years' experience in the field of specialty, which must include:

- Two (2) years of experience working overseas in an Embassy environment, or
- Two (2) years specialized supervisory experience depending on the position (e.g. intelligence, firearms, gangs, kidnapping, drugs, internal affairs).
- Experience briefing in Spanish and English.
