**BlueForce, Inc. **is seeking for **Rule of Law Specialist Advisors** to provide services in support of upcoming task orders located in Central America and other Western Hemisphere countries such as** San Jose, Costa Rica**.
**General Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Areas of expertise to be considered: anti-financial crimes, anti-corruption, appeals, criminal law, human trafficking, indigenous law, judiciary advisor, juvenile justice, legal advisor, migration, prosecution advisor, vetting, and other related fields.
- Provide comprehensive training in constitutional law, police laws and regulations, organized crime legislation and/or legal aspects of sexual violence.
- Prepare and develop all materials for training courses.
- Provide technical advice as requested.
- Provide technical assistance on legal/administrative issues to different agencies of the local government.
- Provide legal advice in the drafting and reviewing legal frameworks on criminal investigation, civil intelligence, and/or public security.
- Provide technical advice in the design, planning, and implementation of rule of law and justice sector reform projects and activities, including but not limited to, participating in evaluation mechanisms.
- Local and international travel may be required.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- MRPT certification or RSO Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in international relations, law enforcement, public policy or related field. Years of related professional experience may be acceptable instead.
- FSI level 3/3 Spanish, FSI level 3/3 English. (For Belize English only).
- Experience briefing in Spanish and English.
- Fifteen (15) years of experience in the field of the specialty, which must include:
- Three (3) years of experience working overseas in an Embassy environment, or
- Three (3) years specialized supervisory experience depending on the position (e.g. intelligence, firearms, gangs, kidnapping, drugs, internal affairs).
