Wh - Senior Police Advisor

**BlueForce, Inc.** is seeking for **Senior** **Police Advisors** to provide services in support of upcoming task orders located in Central America and other Western Hemisphere countries such as **San Jose, Costa Rica.
**

**General Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical advice to the National Police Academy to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive instruction on training development, continual education programs such as on-line or virtual education classes and course work.
- Prepare and develop all materials for police training courses (in Spanish).
At the conclusion of the training, the materials will become property of the U.S. Department of State.
- Provide technical advice as requested.
- Design and print educational and awareness materials to be used in seminars and workshops;
- Local and international travel may be required.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
**Police Advisor IV**:

- MRPT certification or RSO clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in international relations, law enforcement, public policy, or (15) years of related professional law enforcement experience.
- FSI level 3/3 Spanish, FSI level 3/3 English.
- Fifteen (15) years' experience with U.S. or other country law enforcement or military, which must include:

- Three (3) years working overseas in an Embassy environment, or
- Three (3) years of specialized experience depending on the position (e.g.
intelligence, firearms, gangs, kidnapping, drugs, internal affairs);
- Experience briefing in Spanish and English.
