Wh - Senior Police Advisor

**BlueForce, Inc.** is seeking for **Senior** **Police Advisors** to provide services in support of upcoming task orders located in Central America and other Western Hemisphere countries such as **San Jose, Costa Rica.****General Duties and Responsibilities**:- Provide technical advice to the National Police Academy to improve effectiveness and efficiency.- Provide comprehensive instruction on training development, continual education programs such as on-line or virtual education classes and course work.- Prepare and develop all materials for police training courses (in Spanish). At the conclusion of the training, the materials will become property of the U.S. Department of State.- Provide technical advice as requested.- Design and print educational and awareness materials to be used in seminars and workshops;- Local and international travel may be required.**Minimum Qualifications**:**Police Advisor IV**:- MRPT certification or RSO clearance.- Bachelor's degree in international relations, law enforcement, public policy, or (15) years of related professional law enforcement experience.- FSI level 3/3 Spanish, FSI level 3/3 English.- Fifteen (15) years' experience with U.S. or other country law enforcement or military, which must include:- Three (3) years working overseas in an Embassy environment, or- Three (3) years of specialized experience depending on the position (e.g. intelligence, firearms, gangs, kidnapping, drugs, internal affairs);- Experience briefing in Spanish and English.
