Wh - Deputy Program Manager

**BlueForce, Inc. **is seeking for **Deputy Program Managers (DPM)** to provide services in support of upcoming task orders located in **San Jose, Costa Rica.****General Duties and Responsibilities**:The Deputy Program Manager's duties include, but are not limited to:- DPM will have overall responsibility for in-country operations.- DPM will interface with the Program Manager and in-country USG representatives designated by INL.- Provide all reporting information required under the task orders accurately, thoroughly, and timely.- Resolve issues related to program performance.- Serve as a primary point of contact with local staff and will lead the in-country support office (ICSO)- Responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.- Attend meetings and conferences as necessary.- Overall responsibility for ensuring high-quality service is delivered, schedules are adhered to, financial controls are established, and complete customer satisfaction is achieved.- Help resolve contractual and programmatic issues and perform other functions that may arise relating to Task Orders issued under the IDIQ Contract.- Deployment required for this position.**Minimum Qualifications**:- US Citizen.- Secret clearance.- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university- FSI level 3/3 Spanish, English level 5/5.- Five (5) years of project/program management experience, international law enforcement, and/or criminal justice assistance.- Eight (8) years of professional experience as a manager.- Strong organization and interpersonal skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
