- Experience learning various technical/analytical tools; high aptitude for learning
- Effective written

- Strong Knowledge Windows Environment (win 10)
- Strong Ticketing System Tool Knowledge (Remedy, HP Service Manager, Service Now, etc.)
- English Level Fluent
