Job Description • Collaborate with Global Marketing business partners (US, EMEA, APAC) to define website project requirements.
• Assist Web & Digital Administrator with supporting In-House Website Managed Service.
- Administer and configure websites.
- Assist with group, role, and permissions assignment.
- Perform QA testing of website applications.
- Create technical documentation for website configurations.
- Resolve service ticket requests.
- Assist with managing development consultants.
- Lead status meetings with business partners.
- Work closely with Security, Privacy, and Infrastructure teams to ensure that websites meet their standards.
• Be involved in CMS site building, coding, front-end development, Web Server Management Requirements • Ability to troubleshoot and handle client requests, which may include updating code, content, and functionality.
• Experience with Service Ticket Management systems (ServiceNow) is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Digital Agency environment a plus.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and tickets.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Skills, Specialized Knowledge (Desired): • Thorough understanding of HTML, CSS, and coding standards • Thorough understanding of JavaScript and jQuery • Basic knowledge of LAMP architecture • Knowledge of CMS systems is a must, Drupal and WordPress strongly preferred.
• Experience in PHP is preferred.
• Knowledge of responsive design builds • Familiarity with multi-stage deployment • Familiarity with CAS and LDAP authentication is a plus.
• Familiarity with GitHub, code versioning, git and svn is a plus.
• Familiarity with SDLC documentation and path to production management is a plus.
• Basic server administration skills working with popular Linux distros (RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS) a plus.
Education: • Bachelor's degree desirable in information technology, Information Security, or relevant field.
Experience: • At least 2 Years of experience in Information Security
