You will support the replication of globally approved eLearning for hosting on area based eAcademies.
You will also partner with Division and Area teams to ensure consistency in delivering engaging and effective customer education aligned to go-to-market models.Main challenges (it is recommended to be brief, develop no more than 4 bullet points)The impact you will make in this roleManaging webinar set up, hosting and reporting elements for LATAM/USAC Webinar programsProvide knowledge and expertise to area division stakeholders on the platform and its capabilities, including presenter training prior to each live eventAct as area coordinator for webinar hub enhancements, working in close collaboration with global MarTech and Customer Education team based on division hub requirements and approved global demand plansAlign to Global MC processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders in relation to webinar briefing, governance of data, quality assurance and general system usageLeading coordination of regional eAcadamies in line with global programs and division needsSupport the creation of localized versions of courses from globally approved content (coordinate with country and regional stakeholders)Qualifications (it is recommended to be brief, consider a maximum of 5 topics)Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Five or more years of experience in Marketing or Customer Education rolesBachelors degree or higher from an accredited university in communications, video production, broadcasting or similar fieldAdvanced English level B2+Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Excellent verbal and written skills, working with project teams and negotiating deliverablesExperience working within the ON24 webinar platformInstructional development skills, with experience in interactive courses using Articulate 360Ability to complete tasks and projects independently and according to specified deliverables and timelinesStrong focus on customer experience and customer learning, with a passion on delivering high quality virtual learning across SIBG customer baseExperience working with cross divisional and cross functional stakeholders on multiple projectsExperience producing live virtual events a mustdatabase and scheduling managementcoordinating logistics with multiple entities or vendorsStrong technical knowledge of traditional event production, broadcast, and digital equipment.Ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude during high pressure situations.Ability to communicate challenging aspects to clients while maintaining a high level of confidence and leadership.Track record of being organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and working well in a team atmosphere, as well as having the capability to work well individually, is essential.Supporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
