**Description**
This is a Part-Time Contractor role, with potential for Full-Time employment based on individual performance and future company needs. The role is fully remote.
**Essential Functions**
- Utilize HTML, JavaScript, and coding experience to crease responsive and visually appealing web interfaces
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and optimize custom builds, ensuring alignment with project goals, objectives, and customer focus
- Demonstrate proficiency in front-end programming techniques to enhance user interaction and experience
- Utilize A/B testing to enhance user experiences, streamline services, and improve customer engagement
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on in-house build systems and customizations, optimize performance and functionality
- Advise on emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating innovative solutions into projects
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Work & Education Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred, or a minimum of 5 years' experience in addition to a completed coding training course in lieu of professional degree
- Minimum English B2 level
- 3 years of experience in web development
- Proficiency in various coding languages
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
- Experience with front-end programming and development frameworks
- Familiarity with in-house build systems and customization processes
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sit for extended period while working on a computer
