Leading the Material Handlers Team, directly supervising their activities and supporting them in the performance of their duties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Define and execute the best practices at the warehouses.Responsible for the supervisor of the Material handlers.Responsible for establishment and management a daily task program for Material Handlers.Responsible for supporting the different production lines with the material distribution.Maintains accurate inventory in the warehouse and is responsible for cleanliness for those areas.Responsible for Epicor transactions between warehouses and the production floor and revise documentation regarding material receipts and the corresponding Epicor transactions.Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.Responsible for spare part warehouse management with the Buyer and Inventory Control.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor degree in administration or engineering, with 2-3 years of experience. Ability to work in a self-managed work team environment. Ability to work differing work schedules. Good written and oral English communication skills required. College degree preferred.Good written and oral English communication skills preferred. Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Ability to work in a self-managed work team environment. Ability to work differing work schedules.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
