In Liberia, Costa Rica, we have our newest and most advanced manufacturing facility in the world that is leading the way towards Industry 4.0. This facility uses state-of-the-art manufacturing technology to improve the way our employees work and the way we make our products. We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator, in charge of ensuring the correct inventory movements and material control within our warehouse, complying with the company's internal and local legal regulations and any other inventory requirements. In charge of supervising and coordinating the entire warehouse team, including any administrative employee in the area, being part of its development and performance management. Ensure that the activities of the warehouse team are carried out according to the needs of the plant. Inventory flow and inventory reconciliation. Ensure correct delivery to our customers. Establish and develop internal security, protection and inventory control controls. Ensure that inventory movements are correctly reflected in the company's systems. The products manufactured in this plant will reach hundreds of millions of consumers around the world. **What you'll do for us**
- Coordinate warehouse activities.
- Responsible for warehouse capacity.
- Directly responsible for security and surveillance within the warehouse.
- Connect the warehouse team with the rest of the organization.
- Responsible for responding to any audit request.
- Identify priorities and risks of the daily operation of the warehouse.
- Respond to any customer requirement about warehouse activities.
- Control and ensure compliance with the short and long term objectives of the warehouse team.
- Comply with the guidelines of Food Safety, Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety), KORE Corporate Standards and other applicable legal requirements, established or signed by the Company, related to their work, complying with the policies, Internal plans and procedures that ensure the correct implementation and continuous improvement of the company.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Desirable experience of 2 to 3 years as a leader or coordinator of a warehouse.
- Knowledge of SAP and inventory control
- Indispensable fluency in written and oral English and Spanish.
- Communication and leadership skills, as well as decision making.
