**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Leads some planning processes for critical new projects, utilizing the Kanban tools to ensure efficient and effective cycle
- Responsible for all aspects of daily warehouse operations, from the coordination with planning to ensuring proper relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventories, traceability, correct cycle management on a daily and monthly basis.
- Safely handle, storage, and counting integrity of all inventories, including materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Leads the team to fulfill the following functions, among others: Identify and store inventory following quality, FIFO standards and ISO standards.
- Work with production, scheduling, purchasing, quality and finance teams when needed.
- Directly responsible for training and developing associates to understand and perform multiple tasks that contribute to consistent and efficient inventory management processes.
- Manage the timely shipment of all outgoing orders in accordance with the shipping requirements of the company/customer, including packaging and carrier specifications.
- Collaborate with the team in counting cycles and perform periodic inventory accuracy checks, as well as the preparation and receipt of materials as appropriate.
- Handle customs issues.
- Handle cargo damage complaints received.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, international trade or alike and the experience managing planning, logistics and warehouse
- Over 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse leading roles, managing staff, shifts, cycle counting and reporting.
- Ample management of inventory control
- 2 years of experience in medical device industry or any other highly regulated industry.
- Bilingual English/ Spanish, capable of clearly communicating at all levels.
- Expected to have experience in Free Zones, exports and imports
- Advanced knowledge in Kanban Software
