Waiter / Waitress

Important airline requires for its work team waiter / waitress with experience, hotels, restaurants, cruises and / or lounges, with command of English in Latin America, Central America or Europe, who are fluent in the English language.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to guests in the VIP Room.
Greet and seat guests, take orders and deliver food and beverages in a professional manner.
Ensure a clean and organized dining environment, complying with hygiene and safety standards.
Assist with menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverage options.
Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients and beverage offerings.
Maintain our client's brand image and standards.

Spanish B2 - C1 EXCLUSIVE.
1 year of experience as a waiter in Hotels, Restaurants or Airlines.
Availability to travel to Dubai and settle there for 2 years.
Knowledge of alcoholic beverages FOH roles.
