We are looking for a Visual Designer.
Who is responsible for the production of design deliverables for the Hangar Brand Department's initiatives.
By creating multimedia content for our marketing programs, social media channels, and internal communications, the Visual Designer contributes to strengthening our organization's brand positioning, culture, user engagement, and overall experience at every brand touchpoint.
She/He is a versatile and resourceful creative able to tackle diverse design challenges in various formats, platforms, and mediums.
**In this role, you will**
- Develops creative concepts and executes design ideas in the form of several deliverable types including (but limited to), videos, audios, animations, illustrations, social media posts, internal communications layouts, web layouts, banners, ads, posters, logos, iconography, merchandising, presentations, and layout templates.
- Executes video production process from shooting to editing to final delivery.
- Manages the production design process from brief reception to final execution, and creative QA under limited supervision of a Lead.
- Collaborates with copywriters, communication specialists, designers, developers, project managers, HR professionals, and administrative staff from all locations on diverse design initiatives.
- Handles project intake sessions with the brand team, global social media team, and other internal stakeholders to understand strategic communication objectives and translate those into multimedia design executions.
- Ensures every deliverable is aligned to Hangar's brand guidelines, visual design language, and voice.
- Provides reliable quality assurance on all visual design deliverables.
Anticipates issues and flags situations that might impact quality or delivery success.
- Thinks creatively communicates effectively, and justifies concepts to team members, stakeholders, and internal leads.
- Acts as a true Hangar's brand guardian promoting adherence to our style guide in all interactions.
- Stays up to date with recent design trends and new technologies.
**What are we looking for?

**You should have**:
- Intermediate English Knowledge (B1+ reading, writing, and conversation)
- 3+ yrs.
experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups.
- Strong design portfolio including pieces of advertising and social media campaigns and video.
- Extensive knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere.
- Knowledge of Keynote and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of storytelling and animation principles.
- Solid understanding of technical specifications for video and content for social media and digital channels.
- Understanding of UX principles, visual design principles, trends, and theory.
- Understanding of branding and marketing strategy concepts.
- Understanding of productivity and remote collaboration tools: MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Jira, Trello, Slack, Zoom, Acrobat, Drive, Box, Paper, Evernote.
- Comfortable in the iOS environment.
