Agency:HPS MagmaJob Description Summary:Havas Production Studios' (HPS Magma), Video & Animation division, is a creative content studio embedded within HAVAS Health & You (HHY). We produce everything from complex 3D animation to intricate motion graphics to documentary-style live-action for broadcast, webcast, limited release, AR and VR. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Video Producer well versed in the video production process.The Video Producer, supervised by the Executive Producer, works in partnership with the HPS producers, editors, animators, and HHY's agency creatives, writers, account managers, and other key stakeholders and will have a hand in every aspect of video and animation production from inception through completion.Job Description:What we expect from you:- Field incoming requests and briefs for projects from Havas Health & You agencies and gather all of the relevant information to generate a production plan, a timeline, and a budget.- Manage the day-to-day production and post-production needs of the projects, including daily dialogue with the HPS staff and freelances, agency creatives, account, and project managers- Produce and direct remote video shoots and voice-over recording sessionsJob Requirements:- 5+ years of experience as a Video Producer- A strong understanding of production and post-production workflows- Budgeting and scheduling capacities and experience- Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects at an advertising agency or similar work environment.- Strong client-facing interaction abilitiesDesired requirements:- Advertising agency experience- Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation workflows- Production, Communications, advertising, or similar degree- Experience as a video or filmmaker and/or working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or other post-production software- Experience in healthcare fields in any capacity- Experience producing AR and VR projects is a plus**Skills**:- Excellent time and resource management skills- Detail-oriented, outstanding communication in English and Spanish.- Leadership and assertivenessContract Type:PermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
