**Overview**:
Provides entry-level customer response for pre sales requests including pricing, services, and/or deal registrations in support of a large group with more complex solutions.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required**:
- Provides the first call response focused on providing pricing and quoting for customer identified solution.
(30%)
- Performs deal registration, applies pricing, and/or creates renewal contracts.
(25%)
- Creates and delivers solution to the customer, determining and communicating lead time and delivery based on product availability, build lead times, etc.
(20%)
- Supplies final adjusted design solution pricing based on applicable programs, promotions and add-ons (10%)
- Contributes information to sales forecast and planning.
(10%)
- Implements actions identified by management to resolve business needs.
(5%)

**Qualifications:**:**Experience**:
- **No prior experience necessary.
**
**Education & Certifications**:
- **Associate Degree with Business, IT, or related Field of Study preferred.
**
- **High School Graduate with HS Diploma field of study required.
**
**Working Conditions**:
- **Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
