Vendor Manager, Indirect Sourcing

RESPONSIBILITIES Manages financials, metrics, and allocation of global projects for supplier operations Identifies opportunities and works with the indirect procurement team to improve agreement and supplier operations Reviews data, identifies process improvement opportunities, and drives improvement of supplier performance (e.g., service level agreement compliance, monthly and quarterly business reports) Partners closely with cross-functional teams to review supplier agreements, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and develop necessary forecasts Schedules and drives monthly governance forums to discuss challenges, identify solutions, and propose action plans Plans and manages risk with suppliersThe Vendor Manager establishes supplier standards, negotiates contracts, and finds the best available suppliers globally. The Vendor Manager also cultivates and maintains relationships with strategic suppliers. The Vendor Manager can be responsible for one or more suppliers at the same time. The Vendor Manager works closely with category managers and directors to provide insights and acts as the liaison between them.
