**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of full-time, professional UX design experience
- Undergraduate degree in design or portfolio school certification
- Portfolio demonstrating product design problems and their solutions
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong interaction design
- Knowledge/understanding of UX design best practices and user-centered design process
- Proven ability to take direction, remain organized, and communicate effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills, flexibility, and an understanding that the best ideas can come from anyone, not just designers
- Ability to gracefully receive constructive feedback
- Eagerness to learn and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Like the rest of the team, this role requires juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:
**Responsibilities**:
- Create user-centered designs that balance user needs, user research, business needs, and technical constraints
- Deliver designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proactively solicit feedback early and often from senior-level designers and stakeholders to ensure the integrity and quality of your work
- Rapidly iterate and deliver designs from low-fidelity user flows to pixel-perfect, high-fidelity specs
- Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to understand product requirements
- Work within the existing design system and guidelines and assist with the maintenance of evolving design systems
- Keep up-to-date and gather inspiration from the latest UX design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
- Diligently communicate project status and adhere to agreed-upon deadlines with your manager while juggling multiple projects and priorities
**Bonus, but not required**:
- Can contribute to larger vision work, brainstorming, and usability testing
- Design for device-specific differences in user behavior and best practices
- Strong visual design skills and can deliver high-quality specs to engineering teams
