We are looking for User Experience Designers who will work as part of a collaborative team to create crisp, elegant and innovative designs for our products. As a member of the design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. Our software drives global markets and helps professionals around the world make decisions that matter. Whether solving for today's challenges or tomorrow's aspirations, you will work with the industry's brightest thinkers on diverse projects, creating next-generation solutions that deliver powerful results.
This role will be part of a new team in Costa Rica.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as key member of the organization's design team, becoming an expert and evangelist within our product management team
- Work in collaboration with the technology team and product managers to execute the strategic vision for our product portfolio
- Contribute to the creation of new UX concepts, balancing desired capabilities with budget and timelines
- Collaborate with product managers to execute research with users to validate the team's design concepts
- Maintain UX design pattern libraries that drive consistency across the portfolio products
- Drive consistency and alignment with UX trends and design patterns
**Qualifications**:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 3-5 years of user experience design for B2B software, preferably financial management or professional services software
- Bachelor's degree with focus on computing, technology design, human-computer interaction (HCI) preferred; equivalent years of work experience is required.
- Figma fluency
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple, complex projects simultaneously, while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A team-mindset and penchant for collaboration
- Experience with Agile software development methodology
- Exceptional communication skills
